This service includes:
- A 30 to 60 minute Consultation to discuss your Project.
- We will discuss budget, schedule, design goals and feasibility, permitting requirements and other details to assist our client in understanding what will be required to complete all aspects of the design and construction.
- Types of projects: Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Multifamily Architecture Projects
- You will meet with our firm principal, a Licensed Florida Architect and Interior Designer.
- Consultations are in person (at the project site or at a selected location) or virtual (Zoom or Teams).
- For onsite walkthrough consultations, email the project address to Info@archxo.com.
- In person consultations are only allowed in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties at this time. Call to discuss other locations.
